BT Shepherd LLC owns and operates the apartments at 75-87 South Virginia Avenue in Pasadena. We also manage around 50 houses and apartments for other owners in Los Angeles County, with a presence in Venice, Silver Lake, and North Hollywood.
Hermina Astalis is the Chief Operations Officer for BT Shepherd LLC. With a bachelors degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley and an MBA from USC, Hermina brings over 25 years of experience in the property business to our company.
Simon Gibbons is the Chief Financial Officer for BT Shepherd. Simon’s degree in Physics from the University of London and his MBA from the University of Bradford led him to a 30 year career in banking and financial services.
Baikal and Tenaya are the German Shepherds who form the “B” and “T” in BT Shepherd LLC. Born in 2018, this brother and sister have been bringing their own special brand of warmth and good cheer to the company ever since. You can often see them walking in Pasadena, or visiting the properties we manage in their names.
